📋 Description

• Build long-term customer relationships • Understand customer needs and take responsibility for sustainable customer success • Represent customer interests within the organization • Communicate organizational and commercial realities to customers convincingly • Make clear prioritization decisions when resources are limited • Lead strategic customer conversations, such as Quarterly Business Reviews • Derive concrete growth and action plans • Communicate at all organizational levels • Formulate clear requirements for Product Management and Marketing • Use AI to identify opportunities for customers and the team • Develop a unique customer experience as part of SIV.AG’s Talent Pool

🎯 Requirements

• 100% customer-centricity and sustainable responsibility for customer success, ideally with P&L or bottom-line responsibility • Industry knowledge in the energy and/or water utilities sector • Understanding of market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and the typical challenges faced by network operators, suppliers, or integrated utility companies • Leadership experience and the ability to influence without direct authority • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to prioritize when resources are limited • Experience in strategic customer consulting and communication at all organizational levels • Confidence in strategic customer conversations, such as Quarterly Business Reviews • Ability to derive growth and action plans • Ability to communicate clear requirements to Product Management and Marketing • Affinity for AI and active use of AI in day-to-day work • High level of personal accountability, reliability, and passion for holistic customer solutions • End-to-end thinking rather than operating in functional silos
