📋 Description
• You support customers with general inquiries about their high-quality coffee machines • You provide information on delivery status and assist with possible defects or operating questions • You deliver first-class customer service and represent a world-renowned luxury brand • You carefully document your customer interactions in the system
🎯 Requirements
• Native-level German • Good English skills (at least B2) for internal communication • Residence in Greece or willingness to relocate on short notice • Willingness to travel to Athens for a 4-day onboarding • Strong communication skills, reliability and service orientation
