📋 Description
• Handling customer queries via phone, email, and chat • Managing returns, refunds, and payment transactions • Investigating delivery issues and coordinating with carriers and couriers • Reviewing orders and handling business-related requests • Working with financial institutions and internal teams when needed • Applying PCI and GDPR standards when handling sensitive customer data • Using an internal Knowledge Base to identify complex cases and escalate them to the right team
🎯 Requirements
• Native or near-native Dutch (Mandatory) • English at B2 level (training and internal communication are in English) • An eye for detail and enough confidence to make decisions without someone looking over your shoulder • Comfortable working towards personal and team KPIs • Back-office or SAP experience is a big plus, but we're not going to turn you away for not having it • Living in mainland Portugal • Valid NIF number and CRUE registration • A stable internet connection at home
