📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams in Korea • Understand unique legal workflows and provide tailored guidance on incorporating Harvey's AI into daily practice • Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and ongoing enablement programs for Korean-speaking legal professionals • Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support renewal efforts • Surface obstacles to adoption and develop and implement strategies to overcome them • Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering • Contribute to customer-facing content for the Korean market, including training materials, use case guides, and FAQ resources

🎯 Requirements

• Korean legal qualification (변호사 자격) or equivalent • 3+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer at a top-tier Korean or international law firm • Fluency in Korean and English, with the ability to operate seamlessly across both languages in professional settings • Executive engagement skills and presence • Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences • Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges faced by legal professionals • Curiosity about AI's potential to transform the legal industry • Sales or customer-facing experience, including law firm business development and/or secondment, is a plus • Experience directly managing law firm client matters and client relationships is a plus
