📋 Description

• Engage with English- and Swedish-speaking lawyers at existing and prospective customers to understand workflow challenges, strategic objectives, and firm context • Demonstrate how Harvey’s AI solutions address customers’ legal workflow needs • Establish credibility as an expert in solving customers’ legal problems • Research public and private databases • Draft and analyze contractual provisions and complete documents • Analyze briefs and filings • Support corporate governance and conduct due diligence • Lead tailored product demonstrations for law firm practice groups and in-house legal teams • Partner with Account Executives on customer education and sales strategy • Develop lawyer-focused content with the marketing team • Act as the voice of the customer and synthesize feedback for the product team • Tailor new solutions to customer needs • Strengthen Harvey’s market perception as a credible and helpful legal AI provider • Conduct customer and competitor research and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification • Fluent in Swedish and English • At least 3 years of experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm, preferably with a corporate or litigation focus • Executive engagement skills and presence • Ability to establish strong relationships with key decision makers and build credibility at all levels • Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences • Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges faced by legal professionals • Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform the legal industry • Valid Swedish work rights • No visa sponsorship currently offered for this role • Sales or customer-facing experience, law firm business development and/or secondment, and direct management of law firm client matters and relationships are a plus
