📋 Description

• Participate in onboarding and training on the proprietary Vantage Point media planning and buying platform • Conduct daily or rotating audits of client materials, reports, and campaign documents • Review campaign elements including creative flighting, allocations, budgets, pacing, traffic instructions, restrictions, and buy details • Document audit results with date/time of checks and escalate discrepancies to the ICS Operations Manager • Collaborate with Account Coordinators on campaign quality control and obtain designated AM or AS approvals • Complete formal error documentation reports for issues reaching market • Partner with operations roles to test and implement efficiency solutions, including AI tools and automations • Support process innovation and workflow refinement with cross-functional teams • Assist with media schedules, pre-logs, call forecasting, and media performance reports • Participate in training and maintain current knowledge of internal tools, client requirements, and compliance standards

• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills • Strong sense of accountability and process ownership • Ability to identify issues proactively and communicate them clearly • Comfortable working independently within a structured framework • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities • Self-motivated, inquisitive, proactive, and strong initiative • 1–2 years of experience in a media, operations, traffic, or auditing role preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Familiarity with media or reporting tools is a plus • Experience reviewing structured documentation such as schedules, budgets, and reports • Interest in operational innovation, systems thinking, and quality-control methodologies • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred but not required
