• Handling Customer Queries: Manage customer inquiries primarily through calls • Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to customers or students upon request for user interviews, feedback collection, or other engagement purposes • Multi-channel Query Management: Manage and respond to customer queries across social media, email, and chatbot platforms • Recurring Operational Tasks: Execute routine operational activities such as student onboarding and class scheduling • Goal & KPI Reporting: Provide daily reporting on company-wide goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Ad Hoc Task Management: Address ad hoc operational tasks as needed
• Availability: Able to commit to working 24 hours per week • Technical Requirements: Possesses a solid internet connection and a personal computer with decent configuration • Plus: Equipped with a smartphone featuring an extra SIM slot dedicated to the support number and a WhatsApp Business account • Preferred Work Hours: Availability during evening to night hours • Proficiency in GSuite: Demonstrates decent knowledge and proficiency in GSuite applications, particularly in Spreadsheet and Docs • Educational Background: Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at a reputed university
