📋 Description

• Provide holistic care and support to elderly clients in their own homes across South West Sydney • Travel between clients to ensure their care needs are met • Deliver clinical and personal care tailored to each client’s unique needs • Develop individualized care plans using clinical judgment • Provide wound care • Support clients with medical equipment such as catheters and continence aids • Offer social and emotional support • Help clients feel safe, comfortable, and connected

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse Qualification with current AHPRA registration • Valid and completed First Aid (HLTAID011) course • Valid and completed Provide Basic Emergency Life Support (HLTAID010) course, including Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) • Up-to-date COVID vaccinations and Flu vaccine, or willingness to obtain • Current driver’s license • Access to a reliable car with comprehensive insurance • Willingness to travel between appointments • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one • Ideally, experience in Aged Care or Community Home Care • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Genuine passion for providing care to older Australians • Commitment to helping clients live independently at home
