📋 Description

• Provide specialist clinical services across the Wellington region • Deliver high-quality clinical care and support to people in their homes and within the community • Conduct assessments • Provide case management and patient education • Support positive health outcomes for clients • Develop and maintain relationships with GP practices, healthcare providers, and referral partners • Manage an independent caseload autonomously • Provide ACC-related nursing services, including wound care, burn care, and long-term injury support

🎯 Requirements

• Suitably qualified and experienced Registered Nurse Contractor • New Zealand Registration and current practicing certificate • Experience in wound and/or burn cares is required • Prior experience in catheter and continence management • Current driver's licence • Access to a reliable vehicle • Must be eligible to work in New Zealand • Commitment to providing the best service delivery to clients • Clinically confident nurse with extensive wound care experience • Experience in district or community nursing would be highly advantageous
