📋 Description

• Support creation of proposals and pitches, capture planning, coordination, formatting, editing, research, proposal sections, annexes, CVs, and past-performance documentation • Provide administrative, logistical, and coordination support across fundraising functions • Process individual gifts and support donor communications • Identify opportunities through web research and support operations, project management, and event planning • Ensure effective use of Salesforce through data entry, task tracking, reporting, and data-driven insights • Produce presentation materials and conduct fundraising analysis for internal and Board audiences • Conduct pipeline, funder, and competitor analyses through online research • Lead smaller proposals, concept notes, and fundraising projects • Support internal capacity building and process improvement • Embody PSI’s values of Measurement, Pragmatism, Honesty, Trust, Collaboration, and Commitment • Report to the Director of Global Fundraising and support Institutional Fundraising, Individual Philanthropy, and other fundraising priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or international equivalent) in a related field • At least 3 years of related experience • Equivalent combination of related education and experience may be substituted • Knowledge of international development, international donor priorities and/or health areas preferred • Familiarity with proposal structure, content, and compliance elements for institutional donors and foundations • Knowledge of Salesforce and its role in fundraising pipelines and donor management • Proficiency analyzing fundraising data and creating reports or dashboards using Excel, Salesforce, or other tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to write clearly and persuasively, adapt tone to different audiences, and proofread accurately • Ability to produce high-quality, error-free written documents and data entry • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail • Ability to balance multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to independently manage tasks and lead smaller projects or proposals with minimal oversight • Excellent collaboration, customer service, relationship-building/management, and consensus-building skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Office 365 • Fluent in English required • Professional working proficiency in French required • Less than 10% international travel
