📋 Description

• Preparation of payroll and salary statements for clients of various legal forms across Germany • Expansion and optimization of internal financial processes • Advising clients on all payroll, tax and social security law matters • Correspondence with social security institutions, health insurance funds and authorities • Preparation and analysis of reports • Support in the further development of our payroll tool

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in payroll accounting, ideally supporting a diverse client portfolio • Experience with AGENDA (or similar software) and common MS Office applications • Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security law • Strong numerical aptitude and excellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing situations • Independent, responsible and detail-oriented working style, with a collaborative team spirit • High degree of accuracy and reliability • Business-fluent German (verhandlungssicher)
