⢠Preparation of payroll and salary statements for clients of various legal forms across Germany ⢠Expansion and optimization of internal financial processes ⢠Advising clients on all payroll, tax and social security law matters ⢠Correspondence with social security institutions, health insurance funds and authorities ⢠Preparation and analysis of reports ⢠Support in the further development of our payroll tool
đŻ Requirements
⢠Experience in payroll accounting, ideally supporting a diverse client portfolio ⢠Experience with AGENDA (or similar software) and common MS Office applications ⢠Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security law ⢠Strong numerical aptitude and excellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing situations ⢠Independent, responsible and detail-oriented working style, with a collaborative team spirit ⢠High degree of accuracy and reliability ⢠Business-fluent German (verhandlungssicher)
