📋 Description

• Identify and qualify high-relevance, authoritative domains and webpages aligned to priority topics and URLs • Run personalised email sequences to secure guest posts, quoted mentions, resource inclusions, agreed anchors, and target URLs • Verify dofollow status, indexation, topical relevance, and placement quality • Log proofs and remediate changes while avoiding paid or low-quality schemes • Pitch data stories or expert commentary to journalists and publishers • Use tools to accelerate prospecting, enrichment, sequencing, and quality assurance while preserving human personalisation • Track pipeline, response rates, placement rates, link velocity, referral traffic, and ranking impact • Surface insights fortnightly • Work closely with the GTM team and organic growth team • Build organic outreach foundations and a scalable link-building engine for Heidi's global AI healthcare products

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in SEO outreach with a portfolio of shipped placements • Proficiency with Ahrefs and contact discovery tools • Strong written communication and personalisation skills with high attention to detail • Ability to assess authority, relevance, traffic, and risk • Self-starter with consistent follow-through and deadline reliability • Up-to-date knowledge of link-building trends, organic outreach best practices, and new techniques in AI and domain authority growth • Healthcare-related experience or medical background is a bonus • Secured at least 20 qualified backlinks across priority pages and logged proofs with metrics within six weeks • Built a 500+ prospect pipeline with owner, status, sequences, and next actions maintained daily within six weeks • Shipped reporting and attribution setup tying placements to rankings, referral traffic, and assisted conversions within six weeks • Application requires a resume • Must provide URLs of personally secured link placements • Must answer required application questions regarding SEO and link-building experience • Must specify current region and location • Must indicate work authorization status and sponsorship requirement
