• Prepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns for business entities (e.g., LLCs, corporations, partnerships). • Organize, review, and validate financial and tax documentation provided by clients. • Ensure compliance with IRS guidelines and applicable state tax laws. • Identify inconsistencies, risks, or missing information and communicate findings clearly. • Maintain accurate documentation and supporting workpapers. • Collaborate remotely with internal teams and stakeholders to meet filing deadlines. • Manage multiple accounts while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Previous experience preparing U.S. business tax returns. • Solid understanding of U.S. federal and state tax compliance. • Experience using tax preparation and accounting software. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken). • Based in Latin America with availability to align with U.S. working hours as needed.
• Compensation: Open to negotiation, based on experience and qualifications. • Location: 100% Remote (LATAM-based candidates). • Work Model: Full-time or project-based, depending on operational needs.
