📋 Description

‱ Processing and entering referrals into Axxess EMR ‱ Scheduling clinicians appropriately based on discipline, availability, and payer requirements ‱ Obtaining and verifying home health insurance authorizations ‱ Reviewing and processing physician orders ‱ Faxing and following up on orders with physicians ‱ Uploading and maintaining documentation and orders in Axxess ‱ Managing intake workflow from referral through admission and scheduling ‱ Understanding Medicare home health guidelines, including OASIS requirements and compliance expectations ‱ Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

‱ Highly organized and detail-oriented ‱ Experienced in home health intake or coordination roles ‱ Able to work independently with strong follow-through ‱ Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously ‱ Familiar with Medicare Conditions of Participation and home health compliance workflows ‱ Strong in communication with clinicians, physicians, and internal staff
