📋 Description

• Enhance the analytical models and layers used by BI, making data and business rules more structured and reusable • Translate business concepts and metrics into reliable, documented, and governed definitions • Contribute to the evolution of the BI architecture and stack • Support the development and evolution of the Business Layer, Semantic Layer, and metric models • Improve data access, exploration, and usage across teams, expanding self-service capabilities • Partner with Tech and business teams to translate needs into scalable data solutions • Support the definition and evolution of BI processes, standards, and best practices • Work hands-on with SQL, data modeling, and analytics • Explore new ways of interacting with data, including AI, agents, and emerging technologies applied to Analytics • Reduce reliance on one-off solutions and increase the reusability, governance, and reliability of information • Understand the current data, BI, metrics, and business team pain points • Map duplicated logic, fragmented metrics, and excessive query dependencies • Establish standards for data modeling, metrics, and governance • Contribute to the evolution of the BI stack and architecture • Identify opportunities for simplification and reuse • Gradually improve business teams’ autonomy in consuming data • Become an internal technical reference in BI and Analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Analytics Engineering • Advanced SQL skills • Strong foundation in data modeling • Experience building or using analytical layers, data marts, or similar structures • Ability to transform business rules into reusable data models • Familiarity with Git and code-driven development • Strong analytical skills and a systems-level perspective • Ability to move comfortably between technical discussions and business problems • Ability to work autonomously, structure problems, and put solutions into practice • Curiosity and willingness to learn new architectures, tools, and technologies • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field • Preferred qualifications: experience with Analytics Engineering; knowledge of dbt or similar approaches; experience with a Semantic Layer or Metrics Layer; knowledge of Looker, Metabase, Cube, or equivalent tools; Python applied to data and Analytics; self-service analytics; metric governance or KPI definition; experience establishing or evolving a BI or Analytics function; APIs and data integrations; AI applied to data, LLMs, agents, or MCP; experience in startups or high-growth companies • Graduate degree or specialization in Data, Analytics, BI, Data Engineering, or a related field is a plus
