📋 Description

• Establish and maintain program governance, including project scope, timelines, KPIs, stakeholder communication, and follow-up on decisions and actions. • Coordinate the deployment of age verification technology solutions, working closely with external vendors, IT, Legal, and local market teams. • Build and maintain an integrated project schedule, monitor delivery readiness, and track progress against agreed success criteria and KPIs. • Manage risks, dependencies, and issues across both initiatives, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place. • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability across participating markets.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in large, complex, international organizations. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and organizational levels. • Experience in project governance, reporting, risk management, and change management. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Experience working in remote or distributed teams and fast-paced environments. • A proactive, independent, and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and hold stakeholders accountable. • Flexibility, creativity, and the ability to identify compliant solutions in a changing environment.
