📋 Description

• Report directly to the IT Program Director and provide operational support for leadership • Maintain a cohesive, cross-functional overview of the ERP/EPM transformation program from SAP ECC / BFC / Anaplan to Oracle Fusion Cloud • Track progress across streams, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies • Maintain the program schedule and resource workload plan, and flag variances • Build and maintain capacity plans covering forecasted workload, team availability, integrator resources, and peak operational periods • Monitor actual resource utilization against the capacity plan • Define and evolve executive KPIs and prepare dashboards • Create materials for status committees and governance boards • Maintain a consolidated JIRA defect view, including triage, prioritization, assignment, and defect metrics • Maintain the program risk register, formalize action plans, and monitor their execution • Aggregate, verify, and translate data from Scrum Masters and Stream Leads into decision-making materials

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in operational delivery of IT programs or in a PMO role • ERP domain experience preferred; Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is a strong plus • Strong understanding of ERP testing cycles, including SIT, UAT, and cutover testing • Experience coordinating testing campaigns across multi-team environments • Experience consolidating testing progress, monitoring execution and efficacy metrics, and tracking phase exit criteria • Hands-on experience building and managing capacity/workload plans • Ability to define KPIs, build reports, and prepare presentation decks for governance meetings • Advanced proficiency in JIRA and Microsoft Excel • Working knowledge of Power BI highly desirable • Strong risk management capabilities • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills • High autonomy
