📋 Description

• Identify automation and AI opportunities by analyzing operational workflows together with business teams and SMEs • Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and the broader Microsoft AI ecosystem • Integrate systems via APIs and orchestrate workflows across multiple platforms and data sources • Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate on them with end users based on their feedback • Translate business requirements into working, production-ready automations • Ensure solutions comply with enterprise data, security, and governance standards • Test, monitor, and maintain deployed solutions; document workflows and technical designs • Support operational teams with adoption, training, and continuous improvement of automations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying automations and AI agents in a production environment • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and the Microsoft AI ecosystem • Experience with API integration and workflow orchestration • Ability to turn real business workflows into working solutions, beyond basic chatbots • Experience with rapid prototyping and iterating with end users • Understanding of enterprise data, security, and governance • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Willingness to work according to US business hours • Healthcare experience, ideally in the payer or health insurance industry • Knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicaid processes • Familiarity with claims, enrollment, provider management, or authorizations workflows • Experience writing SQL queries and performing data analysis • Experience supporting software implementations and process improvements
