📋 Description

• Refine, harden, and extend the existing Terraform and Terragrunt IaC framework • Expand and standardize the Terraform module library across the Azure estate • Embed secure defaults, naming/tagging standards, and policy guardrails • Establish IaC quality standards with TFLint, policy-as-code, linting, validation, testing, and pre-merge checks • Build and maintain an AI-assisted self-service platform using an IaC MCP server and agent skills/context • Enable Claude Code and GitHub Copilot users to query approved modules and generate compliant infrastructure • Integrate IaC deployment pipelines with ServiceNow for change requests, approvals, and CMDB updates • Design self-service workflows, scaffolding, and golden paths through Port.io and other developer-portal tooling • Build and maintain CI/CD and GitOps infrastructure pipelines • Write and maintain PowerShell, Python, and Bash automation • Manage Microsoft Entra ID identity, access, authentication, RBAC, and least-privilege patterns • Partner with development teams to remove provisioning bottlenecks and improve self-service • Help grow and mentor the platform team • Ensure infrastructure and automation are secure, reliable, and compliant

🎯 Requirements

• Mastery-level Terraform and Terragrunt for Infrastructure-as-Code, including reusable modules and infrastructure at scale • Hands-on experience with TFLint, linting, validation, automated testing, and standards enforcement • Deep Azure expertise across IaaS and PaaS services • Experience designing standardized, reusable Terraform module libraries and opinionated IaC patterns • Strong scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Python, and Bash • Experience with CI/CD and GitOps workflows for infrastructure delivery • Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity, access, authentication, and RBAC • Ability to design secure, scalable, and resilient automation solutions • Experience with MCP servers or exposing tools/data to AI coding assistants preferred • Familiarity with Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development workflows preferred • Experience with Port.io or another Internal Developer Portal preferred • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms preferred • Policy-as-code and IaC security scanning experience preferred • Infrastructure testing experience preferred • Familiarity with Kubernetes/AKS, Ansible, monitoring, observability, and incident response preferred • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills preferred • Preferred certifications: HashiCorp Terraform, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft DevOps Engineer, CKA, or other relevant certifications • Advanced English
