📋 Description

• Create manuals, process documentation, and training materials using ClickLearn • Support the development and delivery of role-specific training materials for end users • Provide ongoing support and coaching to users • Act as a change agent to promote system adoption and engagement • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage configuration-related test cycles • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Service Management modules • Support the development of dashboards, reports, and KPIs using SQL queries and Power BI • Analyze large data sets for quality and accuracy to support data migration from older systems • Optimize workflows, business rules, SLAs, and field technician processes • Participate in platform upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field • Using ClickLearn to create, update, and distribute learning and guidance materials in multiple formats • Maintenance and administration of the ClickLearn materials and users • Supporting the configuration and development of process flows in core business systems • Understanding of field service workflows, dispatching, and mobile operations (desirable) • Understanding of data structures and data relationships • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools • Proficient in written and spoken English
