📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and continually refine a discretionary trading strategy across digital asset markets. • Identify and evaluate compelling investment and trading opportunities through fundamental, macro, market structure, and other relevant analysis. • Translate investment views into portfolio positions, with responsibility for position sizing, trade execution, and risk management. • Maintain a disciplined investment process and adapt positioning as market conditions, catalysts, and risk/reward dynamics evolve. • Collaborate with researchers, traders, and engineers to leverage the firm’s research, data, and technology capabilities in support of idea generation and execution. • Take ownership of portfolio performance, with a focus on generating consistent, risk-adjusted returns while operating within the firm’s risk framework.

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. • At least 5 years of relevant trading or investment experience, ideally in a hedge fund or crypto-native trading firm. • A proven track record of generating returns in digital asset markets, with historical performance data available for review. • Strong risk-adjusted performance, with a clear understanding of volatility, drawdowns, and capital preservation. • Experience independently managing capital, including portfolio construction, position sizing, and investment decision-making. • Strong understanding of digital asset markets and the key drivers of performance and risk. • Prior TradFi experience, particularly managing capital at a hedge fund or other institutional investment firm, preferred.
