📋 Description

• Build highly targeted prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other prospecting platforms. • Execute personalized cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities. • Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring needs. • Present HeyDelegate's outsourcing solutions and recommend the right talent strategy. • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, overcome objections, and close new business. • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and activity tracking. • Partner with our operations team to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience. • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience selling BPO services, virtual assistant services, remote staffing, offshore staffing, outsourcing solutions, or managed services. • Demonstrated success consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. • Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing. • Proven ability to generate new business through self-sourced outbound prospecting. • Strong experience using CRM platforms. • Experience with sales prospecting and outreach tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills. • Highly organized with excellent pipeline management. • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. • Flexible to engage with clients across US, UK, and European time zones when required.
