📋 Description

• Oversee high-priority technology initiatives from planning through completion • Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and documentation • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, Operations, and Events • Identify and remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum • Lead RFP processes when required, including evaluating proposals and supporting vendor selection • Manage external vendors and technology partners, ensuring they meet agreed deliverables and deadlines • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and changes in project scope • Provide leadership with concise updates covering progress, milestones, risks, and next steps • Establish and maintain consistent project management processes and documentation • Improve workflows, cross-team collaboration, and resource efficiency • Ensure projects remain aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience • Previous experience in a project management or client success role is required • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing internal and external stakeholders • Proficiency in project management tools is required • Knowledge of Monday.com would be an added advantage • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results • Familiarity with RFP processes, technology integrations, or enterprise platforms is an advantage • PMP or an equivalent project management certification is an added advantage • Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a remote working environment
