• Execute High-Volume Outbound: Relentlessly hunt for new business via cold calling, personalized email sequences, and social selling (LinkedIn/Twitter). • Engage decision-makers at DTC brands with 50+ touchpoints daily regarding their pain points (creative fatigue, scaling ad spend). • Conduct discovery calls to vet prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). • Articulate High Scale’s unique value proposition clearly and compellingly to book demo calls. • Work closely with Sales VAs to identify key stakeholders within target organizations. • Monitor buy signals (e.g., a brand just raised Series B funding, or they are running outdated ads) to time outreach perfectly. • Track your metrics (dials, open rates, conversion rates) in our CRM. • A/B test your email subject lines and call scripts to constantly improve your success rate.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (SaaS or Agency experience is a plus). • Track record of hitting or exceeding quotas. • Must be fluent in English — Native or Near-Native proficiency is required. • Ability to hold a fluid, professional, and persuasive conversation with US-based executives. • Great listening skills — listening for pain points, not just for a pause to speak. • Craving feedback and being coachable. • Quick to adopt new tools and sales methodologies.
