• Assemble, edit, and refine raw footage into high-quality videos daily for various digital platforms, ensuring all content aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines. • Work and integrate feedback with the creative team to execute the post-production vision for compelling video content for performance ads. • Perform expert color correction and grading to maintain video quality, mood, and consistency. • Maintain and organize all video files, projects, and assets in a streamlined workflow. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. • Upload and manage final video content across various platforms, ensuring proper formatting and optimal performance. • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and techniques in video editing, social media (TikTok, Reels), and performance advertising, and apply those insights directly to your work.
• 3–5 years of video editing experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing performance ads or social media content (e.g., TikTok, Reels, YouTube). • Highly skilled in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro. • You are obsessed with details, timelines, and smooth execution. (Proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Suite is a major plus). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • You are clear, concise, and collaborative in a remote environment. • You thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments and manage competing priorities gracefully. • You bring fresh editing ideas to the table and have a genuine enthusiasm for social media. • You are a self-starter who drives projects forward independently. • You have a strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, and rhythm, and can adapt your style to new trends and feedback. • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics (Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
