📋 Description
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements • Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules to meet business needs • Participate in Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades from planning through post-go-live support • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users • Develop functional design documents and test cases • Coordinate with technical teams on customizations, reports, and integrations • Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Cloud functionality issues • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, updates, and enhancements • Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous process improvements
