📋 Description

• Define and implement IT infrastructure strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable and secure IT systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions • Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks • Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions • Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization • Drive disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Over a decade of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure • L3 support experience with day-to-day operations and runtime system management • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, print servers, ADFS, and terminal services • Administered IIS, FTP, and SMTP services • Managed patch deployment tools like WSUS and SCCM • Expertise in antivirus platforms and vulnerability remediation • Familiar with data replication and migration methodologies • Automated operational workflows using PowerShell and batch scripts • Strong communication abilities—both written and verbal • Must be able to combine analytical thinking with creativity to troubleshoot and innovate
