📋 Description
• Own projects from kickoff to launch (and beyond) • Break big goals into clear tasks, timelines, and next steps • Keep teams aligned and accountable across different time zones • Track progress, spot risks early, and fix issues before they blow up • Be the main go-to person for clients and internal teams • Run check-ins, status updates, and wrap-up reviews • Keep project docs clean, updated, and easy to follow
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience managing projects (tech, ops, marketing, or similar) • Comfortable using tools like Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Jira, or similar • Clear communicator — you know how to explain things without overcomplicating • Organized, detail-oriented, and good at juggling multiple projects • Works well independently in a remote setup • Strong problem-solver who doesn’t freeze when plans change • PMP or similar cert is a bonus, not a must
