📋 Description

• Assist in on-site installation, configuration, and testing of AMR and robotics systems under supervision • Provide remote and on-site support to help diagnose hardware, software, and network issues • Support the delivery of training sessions to customers and partners on system operations and basic maintenance • Assist in monitoring fleet performance metrics and support senior engineers in analyzing operational data • Work closely with regional service teams and global R&D to support customer needs • Willingness to travel (~50–60%) across EU countries to support project deployments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field • Basic understanding of robotics, automation, or logistics systems (academic projects or internships are a plus) • Familiarity with concepts such as navigation, sensors, or basic networking is a plus • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and work in a team environment • Fluent in Italian and Mandarin, English is a plus • EU driver’s license is preferred
