• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance or related field. • 5 years hotel operations or finance experience. • Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Strong knowledge of Time Saver system and reporting. • Experience with LMS and productivity analysis. • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. • English & Japanese language skills required.
