📋 Description

• Manage accounts receivable by billing customers and following up on payments • Ensure employees are paid correctly and on time • Maintain clean, up-to-date books in NetSuite • Reconcile and categorize high-volume card transactions, especially during October through December • Support the handover from the current accounting agency • Communicate directly with the business owner and their CPA

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping • Hands-on experience with NetSuite • Experience with accounts receivable, payroll, and card reconciliation • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high transaction volumes • Strong written and spoken English with clear, professional communication • Availability during US Central Time business hours • Prior remote work experience • Fluency with remote collaboration tools and platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar • Ideally worked with US- or UK-based companies • Spanish language skills preferred • Experience taking over accounting work from an outside agency preferred • Experience working directly with a CPA preferred • Must complete the application form in full • Must record a video as part of the application process
