📋 Description

• Produce scroll-stopping short-form video and image content • Champion a real, human, non-AI content aesthetic reflecting brand warmth and authenticity • Communicate product value through storytelling rather than sales-oriented language • Own and manage the full social content calendar end-to-end • Write on-brand captions, select thumbnails, and handle scheduling and publishing • Maintain brand consistency and posting cadence with minimal oversight • Source and build relationships with influencers and UGC contributors • Build and manage a content flywheel supplying fresh, authentic material • Repurpose and organize creator content across Instagram and other channels • Lead Instagram growth through strategic content, engagement, and community building • Track performance and iterate based on audience response • Work with fast-growing global companies through Hire Hangar

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English — native or top-tier fluency required • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end social media ownership for consumer brands • Proven ability to produce visually polished, on-brand content beyond basic design tools • Experience independently managing influencer or UGC programs • Ability to operate as a one-person content engine across strategy, creation, scheduling, and reporting • Prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies • Fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, or similar • Applications without prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies will not be considered • Ability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST • Ability to complete a video interview within 24 hours if requested
