📋 Description

• Monitor and respond to guest messages via text, email, and platform messaging such as Airbnb and VRBO • Answer guest calls and resolve common questions using the property knowledge base • Coordinate after-hours maintenance by identifying issues, contacting local vendors, and updating guests • Escalate issues to the owner or daytime team with a clear summary and steps taken • Log interactions and maintenance requests for handoff to the daytime team • Provide guest support for a portfolio of 108+ short-term vacation rental cabins in the Smoky Mountains during assigned hours

🎯 Requirements

• Prior guest communications, customer service, or hospitality experience • Excellent written and spoken English • Reliable availability during assigned hours • Calm, proactive problem-solving under pressure • Comfortable working from a knowledge base without constant escalation • Ability to work 40 hours/week with non-negotiable weekend coverage • Availability for primarily evening hours Eastern Time • Bonus: prior short-term rental/Airbnb/VRBO experience • Bonus: familiarity with Guesty, Hostaway, or similar PMS • Bonus: listing optimization experience • Completion of the application form in full • Required video recording as part of the application/interview process
