📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously across technical and non-technical roles • Conduct technical interviews to evaluate candidate skills and fit • Partner with hiring managers and tech clients to align on requirements and expectations • Provide candidate engagement from first contact through onboarding • Maintain clean records using an ATS and other recruitment platforms • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and quality • Help build teams for innovative companies • Work with internal stakeholders and clients in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on staffing and volume hiring • Hands-on experience with technical recruiting and interviewing • Track record of success working with tech clients and complex role requirements • Strong communication skills and a candidate-first mindset • Tech-savvy and familiar with ATS tools and sourcing platforms • Must be able to work PST or EST hours at least part of the week • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized • Able to work independently and collaborate across distributed teams • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment • English proficiency required • Must be able to work remotely from an eligible country
