📋 Description

• Lead all internal recruitment efforts • Proactively source high-quality candidates aligned to role requirements • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key functions • Work with specialist recruitment agencies where needed • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles • Manage offers, contracting, and candidate communication • Lead structured interviews with software vendor experts • Bring structure, organisation, and clarity to hiring workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency) • Strong sourcing capability – able to identify and engage relevant candidates proactively • Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Strong organisational and communication skills • Able to work closely with founders and hiring managers
