📋 Description

• Handle inbound leasing inquiries, schedule showings, and guide prospective tenants through the application process • Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation • Monitor rent collection, identify delinquencies, and follow up with tenants on outstanding balances • Coordinate and track maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely resolution through vendor management • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of leasing or property management experience within the US residential real estate market • Experience using US property management platforms such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or similar • Must have prior remote work experience and be fluent with remote collaboration tools
