âą Serve as the initial point of contact for all prospective client inquiries âą Conduct structured intake interviews to gather relevant case information âą Accurately enter and manage prospect data within the firm's CRM âą Qualify leads and route cases to the appropriate attorney âą Schedule consultations and follow up with prospective clients âą Prepare and send intake packets, engagement letters, and onboarding documentation âą Track intake metrics and provide regular updates on lead volume âą Maintain consistent follow-up with unconverted leads
âą Minimum 2 years of experience in legal intake, client services, or customer-facing coordination role âą Familiarity with legal intake procedures and the general operations of a law firm environment âą Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills âą Strong ability to gather detailed information efficiently âą Experience managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate data records âą Must have prior remote work experience and be fluent with remote collaboration tools âą Familiarity with US law, legal procedures, and court systems (preferred)
