📋 Description

• Own and manage paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat, and YouTube • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize bid strategies, audiences, budgets, and creatives • Design and execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve CAC and new customer ROAS • Analyze and reconcile platform data against back-end sales data for accurate attribution and reporting • Collaborate with the creative team to brief, request, and evaluate ad creatives • Rebuild and scale Google Ads Search campaigns and support Merchant Center approval for Shopping ads • Work with the data team to maintain and improve performance dashboards and reporting infrastructure • Ensure campaigns comply with industry-specific platform policies • Identify performance gaps and recommend strategic adjustments to the Head of Paid Media • Complete a video interview as the first step of the interview process if selected

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on paid media experience with proven ownership of Meta Ads campaigns • Proven track record of driving new customer acquisition with measurable improvements in CAC and ROAS • Strong experimental mindset with experience designing, running, and documenting structured ad tests • Proficiency in Google Ads including Search, Display, and Performance Max • Experience with attribution tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar platforms • Advanced proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and performance reporting tools • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies between platform data and back-end sales data • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a lean, remote team environment • Strong written and spoken English with a clear, professional communication style • Must have prior remote work experience and be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana • Ideally worked with US or UK-based companies • Experience in regulated or restricted advertising categories • Familiarity with Merchant Center and Google Shopping • Experience with creative performance metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, and thumb-stop ratio • Background in DTC or e-commerce performance marketing • Must work within US time zones (EST–PST) • Must complete the application form in full and record a video as part of the application process
