📋 Description

• Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies spanning campaigns, social media, and paid channels • Own end-to-end campaign management, including planning, creative briefing, execution, and post-campaign analysis • Manage paid media activity across platforms, continuously testing and optimizing performance • Build and maintain an organic social media presence through content strategy and community engagement • Use data and analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and make strategic decisions • Partner with creative, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with broader business objectives • Identify growth opportunities and propose new initiatives or channel strategies • Work with fast-growing global companies through Hire Hangar, which connects top talent with vetted employers

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive marketing experience spanning campaign management, social media, and paid media • Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop marketing plans and translate them into execution • Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms including Meta, Google, or similar • Solid understanding of social media dynamics, content performance, and audience growth strategies • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Prior remote work experience • Fluency with remote collaboration tools and platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar • Ideally worked with US- or UK-based companies; applications without prior remote-work and collaboration-tool experience will not be considered • Experience in brand strategy or brand positioning work preferred • Familiarity with influencer marketing or partnership-based growth strategies preferred • Exposure to B2B or B2C marketing across multiple verticals preferred • Ability to work US time zones (EST–PST) • Fluent English • Ability to complete a video interview within 24 hours if requested • Ability to work directly with Product and/or Engineering teams to develop technically accurate content • Client-facing experience • Experience using CRM systems
