📋 Description

• Create and edit video content optimized for social media and digital campaigns • Tailor video messaging, hooks, captions, and pacing to platform-specific best practices • Support marketing campaigns with video assets across paid and organic channels • Analyze video performance and recommend improvements based on data • Maintain consistency in visual quality, messaging, and brand standards • Collaborate with Marketing teams to align content with funnel objectives • Work with fast-growing global companies through Hire Hangar

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience creating and optimizing video content for social media and digital marketing • Strong understanding of video performance metrics and optimization techniques • Prior experience working remotely is mandatory • Fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar) • Experience working with US or UK-based companies • Ability to balance creative execution with performance goals • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience supporting paid social or performance marketing campaigns • Familiarity with A/B testing video formats and messaging • Experience working in fast-paced, content-heavy environments • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, native platform analytics, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, scheduling tools, and Slack/Zoom/Google Workspace • Ability to work US time zones (EST–PST) • Ability to complete a required video recording during the application/interview process
