📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of coordination between clients and freelance talent. • Manage day-to-day delivery across multiple client accounts. • Translate briefs into clear delivery plans and workflows. • Ensure alignment across stakeholders on scope, timelines, and expectations. • Oversee execution across multiple project types, including: • Social media content and campaign assets • Copywriting and editorial content • Digital creative (ads, banners, landing pages) • Track progress, deadlines, and quality across all deliverables. • Ensure outputs meet client expectations and agreed standards. • Proactively manage delivery risks and bottlenecks. • Maintain structured workflows across all projects from brief to execution until delivery. • Coordinate freelancers across concurrent workstreams. • Ensure clarity and consistency in briefing and delivery processes. • Maintain visibility across all active projects.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4–8 years of experience in project management, account management, or delivery roles. • Strong understanding of digital content and creative production workflows. • Experience working with freelance or distributed teams. • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously. • __**NICE TO HAVE**__ • Experience in agencies, creative studios, or talent platforms. • Exposure to social media or content-led campaigns. • Familiarity with performance marketing environments.
