📋 Description

• Build and execute a financial strategy supporting company growth, profitability, and long-term objectives. • Own company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. • Turn financial analysis into recommendations for the CEO/COO and senior leadership team. • Lead day-to-day finance operations and ensure accurate, timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. • Manage cash flow, financial performance, working capital, and funding requirements. • Strengthen financial policies, internal controls, and operating procedures. • Evaluate capital investments and guide capital allocation decisions. • Lead debt and equity fundraising initiatives and manage investor and financial-institution relationships. • Identify and mitigate financial, regulatory, tax, and operational risks. • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance, or comparable senior financial leadership role. • Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. • Demonstrated success with fundraising, capital allocation, financing, or investor relations. • Strong financial and analytical judgment, including the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations. • Working knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, tax considerations, and internal controls. • Experience leading and developing finance professionals while collaborating effectively with senior executives. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience working in a high-growth startup or rapidly scaling company. • Experience in cosmetics, beauty, consumer products, e-commerce, or a related industry. • MBA or CPA qualification. • Exposure to partnerships, expansion initiatives, acquisitions, or other strategic transactions.
