📋 Description

• Own the weekly and monthly Email & SMS calendar • Build and optimize lifecycle flows, including Welcome, Abandoned Browse, Abandoned Cart, Checkout, Post-Purchase, Winback, and other retention flows • Develop campaign concepts, messaging, and segmentation • Translate strategy into briefs and proposals for the Email Designer • Collaborate with the designer to execute campaigns according to brief • Manage campaigns from concept through launch • Own the full QA process before emails and SMS go live • Review copy, links, CTAs, segmentation, personalization, offers, rendering, tracking, and customer experience • Monitor campaigns after launch and flag issues quickly • Own weekly Email & SMS reporting • Track KPIs and communicate performance, trends, and concerns • Provide actionable recommendations • Work closely with the Head of Growth and operate independently • Maintain an organized calendar, optimized flows, reliable reporting, and a continuous testing roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Email & SMS experience, ideally within DTC/e-commerce • Strong experience with Klaviyo and/or other lifecycle marketing platforms • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to create structure where there isn't any • Strong copy and messaging instincts • Comfortable working in Notion and Figma to create campaign proposals, briefs, flow maps, and presentations • Strong QA mindset • Proactive and comfortable working independently • Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST
