📋 Description

• Build and manage a weekly/monthly content calendar supporting brand growth and consultation inquiries • Create original legal-appropriate content across reels/short-form video, carousel posts, stories, and static graphics • Edit short-form video content optimized for platform performance • Write clear, professional, engaging captions and on-brand copy in fluent English • Schedule and manage posts and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Monitor comments and inbox messages, responding professionally or routing sensitive inquiries appropriately • Track platform analytics and translate insights into practical content improvements • Maintain a consistent, approachable, professional law-firm brand voice • Collaborate with the attorney/team to source topics, shape educational content, and manage approvals • Manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing content quality

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand • Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Strong short-form video editing skills using CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro • Strong social graphic and carousel design skills using Canva or comparable tools • Strong English written and verbal communication with a professional legal-brand tone • Organized content planning and scheduling ability • Comfort using Meta Business Suite and managing multiple posting deadlines • Authentic original content creation required; AI-generated writing, design, video concepts, portfolios, or template-only work will not be progressed • Prior U.S.-based law firm or professional services brand experience preferred • Familiarity with accurate and compliant educational content preferred • Comfort building content systems preferred • Paid Meta social campaign experience preferred • Ability to support community management and lead handling preferred
