📋 Description

• Own each search end-to-end, from brief to offer, including timelines, quality, and communication • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, candidates, and experts • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with candidates • Work with top-tier talent, focusing on the top 1% of candidates • Write sharp, un-templated job descriptions, briefs, and outreach • Manage sourcing through the internal network and targeted external search powered by AI • Track progress using data and feedback • Bring structure that raises quality across the team • Help build the AI tools used by the team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced tech environments • Builds AI into their daily workflow • Confidence with ATSs, outreach platforms, and HR technology • Curiosity about new recruiting technology • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset • Empathy and ability to support people without losing pace • Experience hiring designers across seniority levels or hands-on design experience is a nice-to-have
