📋 Description
• Lead design across growth projects tied to activation, engagement, retention, and monetisation • Design, prototype, and A/B test growth experiences with product, engineering, data, and marketing • Collaborate with the Deel UI team on the design system, motion, animations, and micro-interactions • Identify and resolve user and team friction points • Partner closely with engineers from initial idea through design QA • Mentor product designers and improve day-to-day team processes
🎯 Requirements
• 5–7 years in product design, including 2+ years at Staff level • Real growth design experience, including onboarding flows, pricing pages, subscriptions, or virality features • Excellent product design craft • Portfolio with at least one case study • Comfortable forming hypotheses, running A/B tests, and showing measurable results • Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools • AI-first workflow and willingness to show AI work in portfolio • Ability to move quickly and figure things out as you go • Clear communication across product, engineering, data, and marketing • Nice to have: ability to ship work to production through a frontend repository, Claude Code, or internal tools • Nice to have: personal projects
