📋 Description

• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs that align with Lago’s culture and values. • Coordinate new hire documents, benefits enrollment, and orientation logistics. • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with policies, procedures, and company culture. • Serve as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the onboarding process. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment and access. • Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding experience. • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and compliance requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in HR or onboarding in a fast-paced environment is preferred. • Experienced and proficient with the platform Deel • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus. • Passion for employee engagement and positive workplace culture.
