📋 Description

• Own the physical flow of inventory from vendors to prep centers and into the fulfillment pipeline. • Build and operate routing logic that assigns purchase orders to the optimal one of four nationwide prep centers based on vendor ship-from location, cost, speed, and capacity. • Manage communication and file uploads with four prep centers, including shipping plans, packing/prep instructions, box content files, and follow-ups. • Coordinate inbound shipments from vendors across different locations, ensuring each purchase order reaches the correct facility with complete and accurate documentation. • Communicate directly with freight brokers to arrange, track, and troubleshoot shipments. • Communicate with key suppliers, including Soccer Zone and GMA Sales, regarding order logistics, ship-from details, and timing. • Own and improve freight invoice reconciliation by auditing carrier-billed amounts against quoted rates, flagging discrepancies, and automating the process. • Continuously automate and streamline workflows, remove manual steps, and document repeatable systems. • Partner with the founder to integrate existing infrastructure into a unified routing-and-reconciliation system. • Operate and continuously improve the supply chain systems rather than merely execute an existing checklist.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations experience — someone who can design systems and execute them, not just follow a checklist. • +2 years of hands-on experience with prep centers, 3PLs, freight brokers, or inbound logistics • +2 years of experience with Amazon FBA. • Genuinely AI-first — already use AI tools to work faster and instinctively reach for automation. • Comfort with tools like ChatGPT/Claude, spreadsheets/Google Sheets, and ideally workflow automation (n8n, Zapier, or similar). • Strong written English and confident, professional communication. • English proficiency B2-C1. • Highly organized and detail-obsessed, especially with documentation, file accuracy, and numbers reconciliation. • Self-directed and reliable in an async, remote environment. • Process-builder’s instinct for systematizing manual or repetitive work. • Direct Amazon Seller Central / FBA shipment-creation experience preferred. • Familiarity with multi-channel fulfillment (TikTok Shop, Temu, Shein) or tools like Rithum/ChannelAdvisor preferred. • Light technical ability, including reading/writing simple scripts, working with APIs, or building dashboards preferred. • Experience reconciling carrier/freight invoices at volume preferred.
