📋 Description

• Own off-page SEO and link acquisition for an AI mental health and wellness platform • Identify and prospect high-authority link opportunities across health, wellness, mental health, technology, and consumer app publications and websites • Write personalized outreach emails to site owners, editors, journalists, and bloggers • Secure editorial backlinks, guest posts, and content placements • Build and maintain publisher and content partner relationships • Track outreach campaigns, response rates, and link placement outcomes • Pursue digital PR opportunities, including expert quotes, data-driven content pitches, and resource page placements • Audit backlink profiles and identify toxic or low-quality links for disavowal • Monitor new and lost links and recover valuable lost placements • Maintain a link building pipeline and prospect database • Report on link acquisition, domain authority growth, and off-page SEO metrics • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop linkable assets • Support keyword research, internal linking, metadata optimization, and technical SEO as needed • Stay current on algorithm updates and backlink quality evaluation • Participate in the application process, interviews, assessment, background/reference checks, and client interview

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of acquiring high-authority backlinks through manual outreach and relationship-building in a professional capacity • Excellent link building background with experience across multiple industries or verticals • Strong written English • Confident communication with publishers, editors, and site owners via email and occasional calls • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, or similar • Ability to manage a high-volume outreach pipeline while maintaining quality and follow-through • Self-directed and results-oriented, focused on link quality over link volume • Nice to have: experience in health, wellness, mental health, or consumer app link building • Nice to have: digital PR experience, including media outreach, expert commentary placements, and data-driven content pitches • Nice to have: familiarity with on-page and technical SEO • Nice to have: experience using Pitchbox, BuzzStream, Hunter.io, or similar • Updated resume required • Short portfolio or examples of personally owned link building campaigns or placements required • Short 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and explaining a link building campaign required • Candidates must submit both examples and a Loom video to advance
