📋 Description

• Identify, document, price, track, negotiate, and close changes to masonry contract scope throughout the project lifecycle • Monitor architectural, structural, and project documents for changes affecting masonry scope • Review revised drawings, specifications, addenda, RFIs, ASIs, bulletins, architect’s instructions, and field directives • Maintain comprehensive change-order logs and supporting project documentation • Prepare detailed change-order pricing, including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor costs, overhead, supervision, insurance, bonds, and profit • Review subcontracts, purchase orders, specifications, drawings, and scope documents to determine entitlement and notice requirements • Prepare and submit change-order proposals and supporting exhibits • Support negotiations with general contractors, owners, architects, and other stakeholders • Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, project managers, estimators, schedulers, and accounting personnel • Evaluate schedule, labor productivity, field, billing, financial, and project-closeout impacts of changes • Maintain records and reports for approved, pending, rejected, and disputed changes

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in construction change management, project management, estimating, project controls, or commercial construction • Experience with commercial construction contracts and change-order processes • Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications • Ability to quantify construction scope and develop detailed pricing • Strong knowledge of construction labor, material, and equipment costs • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PDF/document management software • Experience with construction management platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar systems is preferred
